Linda Adam's Easel Card

Linda’s Easel Card

Linda Adam's Easel CardLinda Adams emailed me this fun Easel Card yesterday (and gave me permission to share it with you when I asked). Directions for this type of card can be found in VSN’s “Specialty Card Folds” eArticle. It is such a easy Kind of card to make, but is so cool because it can stand by itself. Linda says that this is the first time she has made this type of card.

Notice that in Linda’s version, she uses a raised text panel as the stop to keep the front panel standing. I used a colored brad in my examples In the eArticle, Also in my examples, the inside base was not stamped or embellished. Notice how Linda has brought design and color inside.

Stamp Credits: Three cats – Make an Impression, “Cut Here” and Banner – Penny Black “Embellishments”, Word stamp – Funny Bones by Riley & Company.

    1. It’s pretty easy to get a picture. Like a lot of things on the internet, you just need to know what it is called to get it. The pictures on internet blog comments are called “Gravatars”. If you go back a few days, I did a post on how to get your own Gravatar. Hope to see your gravatar photo soon! : )
